RE-DESIGN CHINESE BLESSING BASED ON EMOTIONAL DESIGN
[ABSTRACT]
Chinese blessing culture has long provided emotional support, leading to a recent rise in cultural creative products (CCPs). However, many of these products focus primarily on aesthetics that cannot convey the deeper emotional significance of blessing rituals and interactive behaviors. This study identified design gaps in CCPs and developed a set of blessing 'red pockets' based on emotional design that enhance daily spiritual support and emotional connections for young Chinese while preserving traditional blessing culture.

We pay respect to their Elders past and present, and recognise the rich traditions and continuing creative cultures of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of Australia.
